Reliance Jio has launched a “Diwali Dhamaka” promotion, offering customers a chance to snag a year of free JioAirFiber service. While enticing, the offer comes with some significant caveats.
**New customers** looking to subscribe to JioAirFiber or JioFiber can claim the free service by spending Rs 20,000 or more at any Reliance Digital or MyJio store. This hefty spending requirement might deter some, but it could be beneficial for those already planning large purchases like appliances or electronics.
**Existing JioAirFiber users** can also avail the offer by recharging with a special Diwali plan priced at Rs 2,222 for 3 months. Similarly, **existing JioFiber users** can benefit by making a one-time advance recharge of the same plan.
However, the “free” service comes with a monthly requirement. **Eligible customers** will receive 12 coupons throughout the year, starting from November 2024. Each coupon, equivalent to the value of their active JioAirFiber plan, can be redeemed at various Reliance stores for purchases exceeding Rs 15,000 on electronics.
