**Chennai, India:** After a six-month hiatus, the Indian cricket team will return to the field for a two-test series against Bangladesh, beginning on September 19th. The first Test match will be held at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, lasting from September 19th to 23rd.

The Indian team, led by Rohit Sharma, is coming off a triumphant ICC T20 World Cup win and will be looking to carry that momentum into the series. Their last Test match was in March, where they defeated England 4-1 in a five-match series to claim the Anthony De Mello Trophy.
