Singapore, [Date] – Ten promising cybersecurity startups from the UK, India, Singapore, and the US have been selected for the inaugural cohort of the CyberBoost Catalyse programme, a joint initiative between Plexal, a London-based innovation hub, and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
The six-month program, hosted at the CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, aims to accelerate the growth of these seed to Series-B funded companies through tailored support in areas such as securing funding, building international networks, and developing effective go-to-market strategies.
The participating companies represent a diverse range of cybersecurity solutions, including:
* **CyberCyte (UK):** An AI-powered risk and threat management platform.
* **SQR (UK):** An identity verification platform for eKYC compliance.
* **Antarex Cyber (Singapore):** An MSSP specializing in ISP network protection.
* **Athenian Tech (India):** An AI threat detection and data protection specialist.
* **Cloudsine (Singapore):** A web and IoT security provider focused on critical infrastructure.
* **InsiderSecurity (Singapore):** A security software-as-a-service platform.
* **Protos Labs (Singapore):** A risk analytics platform.
* **pQCee (Singapore):** A specialist in defending against future quantum threats.
* **Scantist (Singapore):** A code analysis platform for software bill of material verification.
* **VulnCheck (US):** A real-time exploit and vulnerability intelligence company.
The programme will be delivered through a combination of in-person and remote sessions, culminating in the opportunity for startups to showcase their services at the Singapore International Cyber Week and GovWare Conference & Exhibition in October.
