**ESPOO, FINLAND – September 17, 2024** – Aspocomp Group Plc, a leading provider of printed circuit board (PCB) technology services, has announced the appointment of three new members to its Shareholders’ Nomination Board.

The new members are:

* **Päivi Marttila**, appointed by Etola Group and Erkki Etola
* **Kyösti Kakkonen**, appointed by Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy
* **Mikko Montonen**, Aspocomp’s third largest shareholder

The Nomination Board, consisting of representatives from the company’s three largest shareholders, is responsible for proposing the composition and remuneration of the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting. The board also serves as an expert member, unless the Chairman of the Board of Directors is appointed as an ordinary member.
