**Orlando, FL** – Disney World is undergoing several refurbishments and closures this week, affecting popular rides, restaurants, and even a pool.

**Ride Closures:**

* **Jungle Cruise:** The iconic ride closed on August 26th for a refurbishment and will remain closed until October 16th. Guests missing the Skipper jokes can visit Skipper Canteen in Magic Kingdom or Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Resort.
* **Test Track:** Closed since June 17th, Test Track is undergoing a major reimagining with a reopening slated for 2025. The ride will retain its partnership with Chevrolet and incorporate elements from the original World of Motion attraction.

**Other Closures:**

* **Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade:** Closed permanently on June 23rd to make way for a new Disney Vacation Club lounge.
* **Tomorrowland Terrace:** This Magic Kingdom restaurant has been closed for an extended period and is currently only used for fireworks dessert parties.
* **Restaurant Marrakesh:** The Morocco pavilion restaurant is closed for refurbishment, currently serving as the Florida Blue Lounge during the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival.
* **Voyage of the Little Mermaid:** This show has permanently closed and will be replaced by a new stage show, “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure,” in Fall 2024.
* **World Premiere Food Court:** The refurbishment is ongoing until mid-October, with limited mobile order options available.
* **Everything Pop Food Court:** Undergoing refurbishment from July 29th until September 29th, with mobile order available.
* **Typhoon Lagoon:** Open now, but will close on November 4th for the winter season.
* **Blizzard Beach:** Reopening on November 4th after its refurbishment.
* **Barbados leisure pool at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort:** Closed for refurbishment from July 29th until the end of September.
