**Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh:** Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated the new Vande Bharat Express train connecting Durg to Visakhapatnam on [Date]. This marks the fourth Vande Bharat train operating from Visakhapatnam, following the successful launch of services to Secunderabad, Bhubaneshwar, and again to Secunderabad.

The Durg-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat train will operate six days a week, departing from Durg at 5:45 am (except Thursdays) and arriving in Visakhapatnam at 1:45 pm. The return journey (train number 20830) will leave Visakhapatnam at 2:50 pm and reach Durg at 10:50 pm. Regular services will commence on 20th of this month.

Union Minister Rammohan Naidu flagged off the Visakhapatnam-Raipur Vande Bharat train at the Visakhapatnam railway station. He highlighted the government’s commitment to improving railway infrastructure across the country, emphasizing the rapid pace of development in this sector. He also highlighted that Visakhapatnam is now connected to three other Vande Bharat trains and the Secunderabad route boasts the highest occupancy rates among all Vande Bharat services.

Naidu further revealed plans to upgrade the railway network and confirmed that the foundation stone for the Visakhapatnam Railway Zone will be laid soon under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.
