The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards were held on Sunday night in Los Angeles, with FX’s “Shogun” and “The Bear” sweeping the ceremony with 18 and 11 wins respectively.

“Shogun” was crowned Best Dramatic Series and also saw Hiroyuku Sanada and Anna Sawai win Best Lead Actor and Actress in a Drama Series, with Sawai becoming the first actress of Asian descent to achieve this.

While “The Bear” lost the Best Comedy Series award to HBO Max’s “Hacks,” it still took home the Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for Jeremy Allen White, and swept the supporting categories with Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Liza Colón-Zayasc.

“Hacks” also proved a major winner, with Jean Smart earning Best Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in the show.

Other notable wins included Netflix’s UK hit “Baby Reindeer,” which captured six awards including Best Limited or Anthology Series or Movie, and Best Lead Actor for Richard Gadd, who also won for his writing and executive producing.

Jodie Foster took home Best Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for HBO Max’s “True Detective: Night Country.”

“Shogun” and “The Bear” entered the awards with the most nominations, garnering 25 and 23 nods respectively, followed by Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building” (21), HBO Max’s “True Detective: Night Country” (19), and “Baby Reindeer” (11).
