The dog appears to have been pressing against the screen, causing it to give way and fall. Thankfully, the screen appears to have broken the dog’s fall, although it still hit the deck railing before landing safely.
The incident, while shocking, left some onlookers laughing at the dog’s bizarre attempt to join the party. This isn’t the first time a dog has jumped out of a window, and experts speculate that the behavior may be driven by distress, fear, or separation anxiety.
