**SAG HARBOR, NY** – Pop star Justin Timberlake pleaded guilty on Friday to driving while impaired, resolving a case stemming from his arrest in June for driving under the influence.

Timberlake, who initially faced the more serious charge of driving while intoxicated, appeared in court wearing a black cardigan, khaki slacks, and a double strand of pearls. He agreed to pay a $500 fine, serve 25 hours of community service for a charity of his choosing, and face a 90-day suspension of his New York driver’s license.
