**LOS ANGELES, CA – SEPTEMBER 15, 2024** – Former *Bachelorette* star Katie Thurston is engaged to comedian Jeff Arcuri. The couple, who met in April and made their relationship public in June, announced their engagement on Instagram on Sunday.

Thurston, 33, and Arcuri, 35, got engaged on August 26th at Secret Beach in Kauai, Hawaii. Thurston, who currently resides in Los Angeles, will be moving to New York City in early 2025 to be with Arcuri.

Thurston rose to fame on Matt James’ season of *The Bachelor* in 2021, and later became the lead for *The Bachelorette* season 17. While she was previously engaged to Blake Moynes, the couple split shortly after the season ended. She has since appeared on *FBOY Island*.
