**Weymouth, UK** – All Saints’ Church in Wyke Regis will host a special organ recital on Friday, September 27th, celebrating the return of their 1884 Henry Jones organ after extensive roof repairs.
The recital, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, will feature Zosia Herlihy O’Brien, a talented young organist from New Zealand. The event marks the completion of the church’s North Aisle roof restoration project.
The roof had suffered significant damage from rain and was at risk of being blown off, prompting a major restoration effort. Last year, the church received £15,000 in funding from the National Churches Trust to replace the roof after addressing underlying design defects and previous faulty work.
