**Burtonwood, Cheshire** – A disused GP surgery building in Burtonwood could be transformed into a supported living home for three individuals with learning disabilities or mental health problems. An application for the change of use has been submitted to Warrington Borough Council by COB Investments Ltd, and if approved, will see the former Burtonwood Village Surgery on Kinnock Park repurposed.
The property has been vacant for over a year and is in a state of disrepair, according to the applicant. The proposed plans include a single-storey extension, porch infill, and boundary treatments to create a comfortable and accessible living space. The interior will be fully furnished with a communal kitchen, dining, and living area, along with separate bedrooms and a bathroom with level access.
