Spanish designer Alejandro Gómez Palomo, known for his boundary-pushing menswear, presented his Spring/Summer 2025 collection, “All of Heaven’s Parties,” at the Fourth Universalist Society Church in Uptown Manhattan. The collection explores the intersection of sexuality and rationality, challenging traditional notions of what is deemed “sinful” and celebrating the beauty of human emotions.
Palomo’s collection is a dazzling display of embellishment, featuring beading, fringes, sequins, feathers, and Swarovski crystals. He draws inspiration from Japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki and Helmut Newton, blending classic glam with sensual and daring silhouettes. These include sequinned pants, oversized detailing, micro-shorts, and even vibrant ostrich-feathered wigs.
Palomo’s Spanish heritage is evident in the collection’s craftsmanship, with intricate silk fringes and delicate handmade embroidery adorning a variety of garments.
When asked to describe his collection in one word, Palomo simply said: “Heavenly.”
Palomo Spain’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection is a bold and provocative statement, pushing the boundaries of menswear and celebrating the beauty of human experience in all its complexities.
