Fri Sep 13 13:47:34 UTC 2024: ## CSIR UGC NET Result 2024 Declared: Over 1.63 Lakh Candidates Appeared
**New Delhi:** The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results for the Joint CSIR UGC NET Examination 2024 on Thursday, 12th September. Candidates can check their CSIR UGC NET results on the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.
To access their results, candidates need to use their application number and date of birth. NTA will not be sending out hard copies of scorecards via mail or email.
Out of 2,25,335 candidates who registered for the exam, 1,63,529 candidates appeared for the CSIR UGC NET examination. The Life Sciences paper witnessed the highest number of candidates this year.
The CSIR UGC NET examination was conducted on 25th, 26th, and 27th July 2024. The exam was held in two shifts on the first two days but was conducted only in the first shift on July 27th. The exam was held across 348 centres in 187 cities.
