**THOHOYANDOU, South Africa** – The trial of Enoch Ndou, accused of killing seven of his relatives on Christmas Day 2021, will resume Thursday in the Thohoyandou High Court sitting in Waterval outside Louis Trichard, Limpopo. Ndou is alleged to have murdered his family members over an inheritance dispute.
The trial was originally scheduled for Monday but was postponed due to the unavailability of Ndou’s lawyer, Kagiso Muthithivhi, who was committed to another matter. The state is expected to continue calling witnesses, having previously indicated that approximately 10 would testify.
The incident shocked the community of Jimmy Jones village outside Malamulele, where the shootings took place. Ndou is facing multiple murder charges for the deaths of his relatives.
