The quake, originating at a depth of 33 km, sent ripples across the region, with tremors also felt in Islamabad, Lahore, and even Afghanistan.
This marks the second instance of tremors impacting Delhi in two weeks, with a 5.7 magnitude earthquake in Afghanistan on August 29th preceding this event. Social media videos captured the brief tremors, showing ceiling fans, chairs, and other objects shaking.
