**San Francisco, CA** – Zoom, the leading video communications platform, has launched a comprehensive learning center powered by Docebo, a leading learning management system (LMS). The initiative, launched in under five months, aims to provide users with personalized and on-demand learning experiences to enhance product adoption and customer loyalty.
The need for a dedicated learning platform arose as Zoom experienced a surge in new users during the pandemic. Zoom’s Customer Success Managers (CSMs) were overwhelmed with training requests, highlighting the demand for a centralized and scalable solution.
“We wanted to reach as many Zoom users as possible, offer foundational content that met the highest priority needs, and deliver happiness with a best-in-class user experience,” said Jen Dunham, Global Manager of Customer Enablement at Zoom.
The new Zoom Learning Center offers a variety of learning options, from quick support guides to in-depth training courses. Users can access a library of courses, videos, and learning plans covering Zoom’s entire product suite. The platform is designed to be user-friendly for all levels, from beginners to expert users.
The impact of the Learning Center has been significant. Within a month of launch, over 100,000 learners had accessed the platform. To date, over 2 million users have registered, with more than half being paid account holders. The platform is also driving efficiency within Zoom, with CSMs reporting a decrease in basic support requests and an increase in personalized solutions.
“We built the Learning Center to empower our customers to achieve anything imaginable on Zoom,” said Dunham. “And we’re just getting started.”
The success of the Zoom Learning Center demonstrates the power of a well-designed and accessible learning platform. By investing in learning and development, Zoom is not only empowering its users but also strengthening its brand and driving business growth.
