The Karnataka High Court has extended its interim order, delaying hearings in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case against former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah until September 12th. This follows an earlier postponement from September 2nd to September 9th.
Justice M. Nagaprasanna, presiding over the case, confirmed that all legal arguments from both sides have been presented and that a final decision is expected on September 12th.
Siddaramaiah had approached the High Court on August 19th, seeking to overturn the Governor’s order against him in the MUDA case. In his petition, he argued that the order was issued without proper consideration, violated legal procedures, and contradicted constitutional principles.
