**CAMPBELL, Calif., Sept. 10, 2024** – Join Digital, Inc., a leading provider of Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions, has successfully deployed its service for Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. through its Japanese partner Oprizon Ltd. This collaboration signifies a significant shift for Hitachi Group as it adopts a zero-trust security architecture to enable a flexible, secure, and efficient work environment for its employees.
Hitachi Group aimed to provide employees with the ability to work safely from anywhere at any time. This required client terminals for both remote and office work to connect directly to the Internet via a cloud-based zero-trust security platform, separate from Hitachi’s private network. Additionally, the network environment at Hitachi Solutions’ offices needed an upgrade to support new work methods post-COVID-19. Performance issues during peak hours, such as delays and voice quality deterioration during large remote meetings, highlighted the need for this upgrade.
Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. selected Oprizon Ltd., utilizing Join’s Network-as-a-Service to address these challenges. The state-of-the-art service delivered a superior network environment as a service, enhancing communication speeds, reducing operational costs, and lowering workload. During deployment, Join and Oprizon ensured zero downtime for office workers, providing a seamless transition to the new system. Post-deployment, remote monitoring confirmed improved network quality, significantly reducing operational workload and costs.
