**Mumbai, India** – Get ready for a rockin’ good time! Green Day will be headlining the 2025 edition of Lollapalooza India, marking their first-ever performance in the country. The festival, set to take place on March 8-9 in Mumbai, will also feature performances from Glass Animals, Nothing but Thieves, and headliners Shawn Mendes and Louis Tomlinson.
This will be the second year of Lollapalooza India, which launched in 2023 as the latest international spin-off of the iconic festival. Other Lollapalooza events are held in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Germany, Sweden, and France. The original Lollapalooza festival began as a touring event in the 1990s and now takes place annually in Chicago’s Grant Park.
