Mon Sep 09 14:15:39 UTC 2024: ## Nepal Airlines to Launch Weekly Flights to Tulsipur
**TULSIPUR:** Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) will begin operating a weekly flight to Tarigaon Airport in Tulsipur, starting this Friday. The flight will depart from Kathmandu at 12:20 PM and arrive in Tulsipur at 12:00 PM.
The service, which will run only on Fridays, is due to a shortage of aircraft, with one of NAC’s planes currently grounded.
The fare from Dang to Kathmandu will be Rs 7,100, while the fare from Kathmandu to Dang will be Rs 7,250.
This new route fulfills a long-standing request for more regular air services to the airport, which was established in 2011 BS. The airport features a 750-meter runway that accommodates only 19-seater aircraft.
