– His pickup truck collided with a semitractor pulling a loaded gravel trailer
– The crash occurred at the intersection of County Road 8 and 250th Avenue outside Hazel Run
– Proctor’s F-150 pickup truck was westbound on 250th and failed to yield at the intersection
– The driver of the semitractor, Mark Oftedahl, 57, suffered non-life-threatening injuries
– Oftedahl was transported to Avera Granite Falls Health Center for treatment
– Assistance was provided by Clarkfield Fire and Ambulance, Granite Falls Ambulance, the Minnesota State Patrol, and the Lynner Funeral Home.
