– Kejriwal has submitted two separate petitions challenging his arrest along with bail and counter-affidavit in the case.
– The Supreme Court has permitted the CBI court to file counter-affidavits by August 23 in this case.
– Kejriwal was arrested in connection with a case related to the Delhi Police’s arrest of him in the ED case during judicial custody on June 26.
– The Supreme Court has rejected the request for an extension until August 14 to appease the matter in CBI court.
– The Supreme Court has approved bail for Kejriwal in the EC case earlier.
