– The price of the Jawa 42 FJ starts at 1.99 lakh rupees and goes up to 2.15 lakh rupees (ex-showroom) with several color variants available in a single trim.
– The Jawa 42 FJ has slightly different styling compared to the standard 42 model, with features such as a round headlamp, a tear-shaped fuel tank, and square side panels with the 42 brand logo.
– The 42 FJ comes with a 334cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 29 BHP and 29.6 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox and updated dual-cradle frame.
– The Jawa 42 FJ competes with bikes like the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Honda CB350 RS.
– The West Bengal Legislative Assembly unanimously passed the Anti-lynching Bill on Tuesday, with opposition leader Suvenudu Adhikari proposing amendments that were not accepted, leading to disruptions in the House. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee called the bill historic.
