– Gill’s father, Sukhdev Singh Gill, retired from the Indian Army and has been associated with the RSSB for over 20 years
– The organisation has a large following and is visited by top political leaders
– Dhillon is said to be close to former Ranbaxy Laboratories promoters, Malvinder and Shivinder Singh.
