3. The accused charged with criminal conspiracy, cheating, dishonesty, and misuse of hospital resources.

4. Ghosh resigned after a trainee doctor was raped and murdered on the hospital premises, sparking nationwide protests regarding doctors’ safety.

5. Afsar Ali Khan, allegedly involved in selling biomedical waste from the hospital, threatened a former principal in an old video.
