– Kumar is restrained from resuming his position as CM’s personal secretary or entering CM’s residence until all key witnesses are examined
– Kumar is gagged from speaking about the case until vulnerable witnesses are examined
– The trial court is asked to complete the examination of witnesses in 3 weeks
– Delhi Police arrested Kumar on May 18 based on Maliwal’s complaint that he assaulted her at Kejriwal’s residence
– Kumar had accused Maliwal of forcefully entering the CM’s residence and assaulting him in an email complaint to police
– The court took cognisance of the chargesheet filed against Kumar by Delhi Police on July 30, which had 500 pages and 50 witnesses
– Kumar’s judicial custody was extended till September 13 on August 24 by a Delhi court
