– He defeated England’s Daniel Bethell in a close match
– Nitesh lost his left leg in a train accident in 2009, but overcame it to excel in badminton
– He became the second Indian to win gold at Paris Paralympics after Avani Lekhara
– Nitesh’s career in para-badminton started in 2016 and has since won multiple titles
– He also works as a Senior Badminton Coach for the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs in Haryana.
