V. Vineeth, son of CPI(M) leader and LDF legislator O.S. Ambika, died in a road accident at Pallipuram. The accident occurred when a car hit Vineeth’s bike, injuring him fatally. His friend Akshay, who was with him, was also seriously injured. Vineeth was an employee of Edakode Service Cooperative Society and a member of CPI(M). He is survived by his father and brother.
