Speaking at an event held at the Anna Centenary Library, where he presented appointment orders to 20 of the 750 newly appointed officers, Stalin emphasized the instruction must be followed “in letter and spirit.”
“In particular, when investigating crimes against women and children, you must handle them with the utmost care and approach ‘sensibly’. This is not just my request as the Chief Minister…it is an order that you must follow,” Stalin stated.
He also stressed the need for a “zero tolerance” approach to drug trafficking, urging officers to act with personal involvement, recognizing the danger it poses to all families.
