“Adequate traffic personnel will be deployed at 217 key junctions and intersections across the city,” a police spokesperson stated. “Our focus is to ensure smooth traffic flow and prioritize road safety.”
Vehicular traffic will be prohibited on NTR Marg, PVNR Marg, and Tank Bund during the restricted hours. “We urge the public to cooperate with the traffic regulations for a safe and joyous New Year’s celebration,” the police spokesperson added. Commuters are advised to follow official traffic updates on the Hyderabad Traffic Police social media platforms or contact the traffic helpline for assistance.
