Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr. P. Shivaraju presided over a preparatory meeting yesterday, emphasizing the festival’s significance and outlining necessary arrangements. With thousands of visitors expected daily, authorities are focusing on cleanliness, security, and accessibility. A nodal officer will be appointed to oversee venue maintenance and civic amenities.
