Druski Ditches Mood Boards for Traditional Goal Setting, Inspires Zoe Saldaña to Reconsider Strategy

[CITY, STATE] – [Date] – Comedian and internet personality Druski is bucking the trend of visual goal setting, telling PEOPLE Magazine that he prefers a traditional pen-and-paper approach. The 31-year-old shared that he’s abandoned mood boards, finding them ineffective. “It’s just a bunch of pictures. I don’t do good with those,” he explained. Instead, he writes down his goals on paper, a method that has apparently contributed to his recent success.

Druski’s approach has even influenced actress Zoe Saldaña, his co-star in a new T-Mobile advertising campaign. Saldaña, known for her meticulous mood-boarding, is now reconsidering her strategy after hearing Druski’s perspective. “I think I’m gonna take his advice,” she said, explaining that she spends so much energy assembling the mood board that she’s left with little energy to execute her goals. “Throw out the mood boards,” Druski quipped.

The new T-Mobile ad, also featuring Harvey Guillén, highlights the network’s new 15-minute switch experience.

Druski’s Recent Success

Druski has been on a roll. In 2025, he was featured on Justin Bieber’s Grammy-nominated album SWAG, earned a spot on Forbes’ Top Creators list, and starred in several commercials, including a Dunkin’ Donuts Super Bowl ad. Looking ahead to 2026, Druski plans to continue expanding his reach in film, television, and other ventures.

Saldaña’s 2026 Goals

Saldaña had a blockbuster 2025, winning her first Oscar and starring in Elio and Avatar: Fire and Ash. For 2026, she is looking forward to better time management, a good night’s sleep, and a good read.
