The order, issued by District Collector Dr. A. Siri, comes after a recommendation from Superintendent of Police Vikrant Patil, citing Kumar’s long history of criminal activity.

“Vadde Tulasi Kumar has been a persistent threat to the safety and security of our community,” stated SP Patil. “He has been implicated in numerous serious crimes, including murder, robbery, attempted murder, and attacks on vulnerable communities.”
