Build Rock 2025 Exhibition Opens in Tiruchi, Offering One-Stop Shop for Home Construction and Improvement

TIRUCHI, INDIA – December 26, 2025 – The “Build Rock 2025” exhibition, organized by the Builders’ Association of India (BAI) Tiruchi centre, opened today at Kalaignar Arivalayam. The three-day event, inaugurated by Minister for Municipal Affairs K.N. Nehru, features over 120 exhibitors showcasing a wide array of products and services related to home construction, renovation, and interior design.

According to BAI Tiruchi Chairman A. Nazrudeen, the exhibition aims to cater to the growing demand for home improvements and new residential buildings in Tier-II cities like Tiruchi. This year’s event includes vendors offering guidance on site approvals, soil testing, and building plan execution, reflecting a focus on educating potential homeowners on the legal and practical aspects of real estate investment.

Visitors to Build Rock 2025 can explore a variety of home decor options, including power-saving appliances, automation systems, tiling, and structural improvements. K. Kumaran, chairman of Build Rock 2025, stated that the exhibition is designed as a “One Stop Destination for Your Dream House,” catering to both new construction and renovation projects.

Build Rock 2025 is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and concludes on December 28.
