Woman Claims Sex Trafficking Led to Miley Cyrus’ Birth, Sparks Legal Battle

A woman named Jaymee Lee is making headlines with a shocking claim: she alleges she is Miley Cyrus’s biological mother and that the singer’s birth was the result of her being sex trafficked as a child. Lee, 45, claims she was impregnated at age 12 after being trafficked by a cartel-affiliated gang in Ruidoso, New Mexico. She alleges she named the baby Miley because of all the “miles” she travelled while being trafficked.

Lee has been pursuing her claims in court, initially filing a lawsuit against Miley Cyrus’s parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, alleging “breach of contract, fraud, and misrepresentation,” among other charges. Her lawsuit has since been dismissed. Billy Ray Cyrus has vehemently denied Lee’s claims, calling them “absurd.”

Lee says she attempted to give the baby up for adoption to celebrities such as Julia Roberts, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne and Hillary Clinton but failed. She then met Dolly Parton, who put her in touch with Billy Ray Cyrus. She claims she agreed on an open adoption with Billy Ray, where she would be the child’s nanny and piano teacher, however, Billy Ray ignored the deal.

According to Lee, a move back to Ruidoso triggered repressed memories of her alleged abuse, leading to a PTSD diagnosis and the recalled memory of the pregnancy. Lee claims she reached out to Miley Cyrus through lawyers but received no response. She also reported the trafficking to the police, but claims her allegations were not taken seriously.

Lee has publicly stated her intention to file a new case in Malibu, California, where Miley Cyrus resides, seeking a DNA test to prove her claims, despite a previous request for a DNA test being denied by a court.

Billy Ray Cyrus has been awarded legal fees related to the dismissed lawsuit.
