Hyderabad, December 24, 2025 – Six individuals were apprehended by the Telangana Excise and Prohibition Department’s State Task Force (STF) today in a series of raids across Hyderabad, netting 2.718 kilograms of ganja.

The most significant bust occurred in Dhoolpet, where STF-A teams seized 2.466 kilograms of the illicit substance. In the first operation, authorities raided a location near Shiva Mandir, seizing 1.212 kilograms and arresting Rajesh. Abhishek Singh is currently at large. A subsequent raid at a residential property yielded an additional 1.254 kilograms of ganja, leading to the arrest of Malabai and Kripal Singh. Baldev Singh remains at large. Both cases have been transferred to the Dhoolpet police station for further investigation.
