MANGALURU, December 24, 2025 – The ninth edition of the Mangaluru Kambala, a cherished tradition of buffalo racing, is scheduled to take place on December 27th at Goldfinch City, Bangra Kuluru. Addressing the press, Committee President and Dakshina Kannada Member of Parliament Captain Brijesh Chowta announced that approximately 160 pairs of buffaloes are expected to participate in the races, competing across six different categories.
