YoungBoy Never Broke Again Gifts Son Puppy for Christmas
Los Angeles, CA – December 23, 2024 – Rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again (NBA YoungBoy) gave his 4-year-old son, Kentrell DeSean Gaulden Jr., a puppy for Christmas. Yaya Mayweather, Kentrell Jr.’s mother and NBA YoungBoy’s ex-partner, shared the news on social media, posting a photo of the boy asleep with his new pet.
“Thank you to KJ’s daddy for the best Christmas surprise,” Mayweather wrote on X.
This isn’t the first lavish gift Kentrell Jr. has received. Last Christmas, his grandfather, Floyd Mayweather Jr., gifted him a building in New York City’s Diamond District.
NBA YoungBoy and Mayweather welcomed Kentrell Jr., the rapper’s seventh child, in 2021. The rapper is reportedly expecting his 13th child with his wife, Jazlyn Mychelle.
Despite personal milestones, NBA YoungBoy has had a busy year professionally, releasing his album “MASA (Make America Slime Again),” which featured collaborations with Playboi Carti and Mellow Rackz. The album secured a spot on Rap-Up’s Best Rap Albums of 2025 list. While another LP, “Slime Cry,” was anticipated in November, it appears its release has been postponed.
