Multi-Vehicle Crash Shuts Down Eastbound Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County, Multiple Injuries Reported
Bucks County, PA – A multi-vehicle accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike has left at least three people injured and forced the closure of eastbound lanes between the Willow Grove (Exit 343) and Bensalem (Exit 351) exits. The crash occurred shortly before 3:00 PM on Monday, according to reports.

Initial reports indicate that three individuals were trapped within their vehicles and required extrication by first responders. All three were subsequently transported to area hospitals for treatment. The extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.

The closure of the eastbound lanes is causing significant delays in the area. Drivers are advised to detour using State Route 611 North to State Route 132 East to US 1 North, and then re-enter the Pennsylvania Turnpike at the Bensalem Interchange (#351).
