Axiado Secures $100 Million Funding to Expand AI Security Solutions, Bolster India Presence
HYDERABAD, INDIA – December 23, 2025: Axiado Corporation, a security and management solutions provider for modern digital infrastructure, has announced the successful completion of a $100 million Series C+ funding round led by Maverick Silicon. The San Jose-based company, in a release on Monday (December 22, 2025), stated that the new capital will be used to fuel its global expansion, with a significant focus on growing its engineering presence in India.
The investment will also accelerate Axiado’s innovation in AI-driven, hardware-anchored security products, which are increasingly crucial for protecting data centers in the age of advanced AI workloads. Other participants in the funding round include Prosperity7 Ventures, Orbit Venture Partners, Crosslink Capital, and Nosterra Ventures.
Axiado is strategically deepening its research and development capabilities in India by scaling its engineering workforce and forging local partnerships with hyperscalers, telecom operators, and AI infrastructure leaders. The company aims to leverage India’s talent pool to drive the next wave of silicon innovation.
Proceeds from the funding will also be directed toward expanding sales, marketing, and support teams, as well as investing in the development of next-generation platforms. Axiado also plans to strengthen partnerships with OEMs and ODMs to expand the reach of its solutions to more data centers globally.
According to Axiado, headcount has recently doubled in Taiwan and India. The India engineering center is expected to take on an expanded role in firmware development, platform security engineering, and silicon validation.
“The strong response to our Series C+ round is a validation from our customers and partners that AI-driven, hardware-anchored security is now a foundational requirement for today’s data centers,” said Gopi Sirineni, founder, President, and CEO of Axiado.
Andrew Homan, Managing Partner at Maverick Silicon, added, “As AI workloads continue to transform and push the limits of data center infrastructure, the need for hardware-anchored security has never been greater.”
