USF Bulls to Face Old Dominion Monarchs in 2025 Cure Bowl

Orlando, FL – The USF Bulls (9-3) are set to clash with the Old Dominion Monarchs (9-3) in the 2025 Cure Bowl at Camping World Stadium on Wednesday at 5 p.m. ET. This will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.

Both teams enter the bowl game with strong momentum. Old Dominion finished their regular season with a five-game winning streak and placed second in the Sun Belt East Division with a 6-2 conference record. They outscored opponents by a combined 161 points throughout the season. USF also boasts a 9-3 record and won their last two games. The Bulls finished tied for fourth in the American Conference and were explosive all year, outscoring their opponents by a combined 236 points in the 2025 season.

However, both teams will be missing key personnel. The Bulls will be without Coach Alex Golesh and most of the offensive staff since they accepted the head coaching job at Auburn. Quarterbacks Byrum Brown (USF) and Colton Joseph (Old Dominion) have also opted out of the game.

Despite the missing players, the game is expected to be competitive. As of this writing, the Bulls are favored by 4 points, with an over/under of 52.5 points.

The SportsLine Projection Model has simulated the game 10,000 times. The model is leaning towards the over and also indicates that one side of the spread has a probability well over 50% of hitting.
