West Bengal Publishes Draft Voter List for 2025, Citizens Urged to Verify Registration
Kolkata, India – The Election Commission of West Bengal has released the highly anticipated draft voter list for 2025, providing citizens an opportunity to verify their registration status and ensure accurate electoral rolls. Citizens can access the draft voter list through the Election Commission’s official websites: https://ceowestbengal.wb.gov.in/SIR and https://electoralsearch.eci.gov.in/. Additionally, the ECINET mobile app, available for download on the Google Play Store, offers convenient access to the list.
According to initial reports, over 5.8 million names have been removed from the draft list. Residents can search the list by entering their EPIC number and state on the designated website.
The Election Commission encourages all residents to verify their information and take advantage of the hearing and appeal process if necessary. Those whose names are missing from the draft list can contact election officials to rectify any discrepancies.
