MANGALURU, December 15, 2025 – Police in Malpe have arrested Mohammed Sinan, the fifth individual implicated in the brutal murder of Saifuddin, the owner of AKMS private bus fleet, which occurred in Kodavoor in September 2025.

Sinan was apprehended near MGM College in Udupi on Monday, December 14th. Authorities also seized a vehicle and a mobile phone believed to have been used by Sinan. He was promptly presented before a magistrate and subsequently remanded into judicial custody.
