Total War: Warhammer 40,000 Announced, Bringing Epic Strategy to the Grim Darkness of the Far Future

[City, State] – [Date] – In a stunning reveal at The Game Awards, SEGA and Creative Assembly announced Total War: Warhammer 40,000, merging the acclaimed Total War franchise with the iconic science-fantasy universe of Warhammer 40,000.

The new title will transport players to the Era Indomitus, promising deep turn-based strategy on a galactic scale intertwined with the franchise’s signature epic real-time battles. Players will manage resources, upgrade fleets, conquer planets, and deploy devastating forces in apocalyptic warfare.

At launch, Total War: Warhammer 40,000 will feature four playable factions: the Space Marines, Astra Militarum, Orks, and Aeldari. Each faction will offer distinct playstyles and challenges in both campaign and battle modes, bringing the diverse units of the 41st millennium to life, including tanks, walkers, colossal war engines, and infantry.

Players can customize their forces with unique heraldry, color schemes, traits, and tactics.
