Seminoles Face UMass in AutoNation Orange Bowl Classic, Seeking to End Losing Streak

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida State Seminoles men’s basketball team (5-4) looks to snap a three-game losing streak as they take on the UMass Minutemen (7-3) in the AutoNation Orange Bowl Classic this Saturday, December 13th, at noon at Amerant Bank Arena. The game will be broadcast on the ACC Network.

The Seminoles, who are winless away from home this season (0-3), are coming off an 82-67 loss to Houston. This marks the first season under head coach Luke Loucks. FSU is expected to wear their turquoise uniforms. The Seminoles last wore the turquoise uniforms against Georgia Southern on Nov. 21, 2025. The Seminoles’ game against UMass marks the third time they will wear the Heritage uniforms against the Minutemen.

UMass, led by head coach Frank Martin, is riding a four-game winning streak, most recently defeating Boston College 76-74.

FSU holds a 5-4 all-time series lead over UMass, including a 92-59 victory last season.
