HYDERABAD, INDIA – December 8, 2025 – The Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 commenced today at Bharat Future City, located in the Kandukur Mandal of the Rangareddy district, near eastern Hyderabad. Inaugurated by Governor Jishnu Dev Varma, the two-day event focuses on charting a course for Telangana’s future, culminating in the launch of the Telangana Rising 2047 vision document.
The summit features a series of sector-specific sessions with panel discussions led by industry experts. The inaugural plenary session tackled the critical issue of “The Just Transition into 2047: Powering Telangana’s Future.” Four sessions are running concurrently across multiple slots, ensuring a diverse range of topics are addressed.
High-profile attendees include Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, key members of the Cabinet, Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, and Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar.
The closing plenary session tomorrow evening will feature prominent figures like Gautam Adani, Chairman and Founder of Adani Group; Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra Group; and Arvind Subramanian, Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. The highly anticipated launch of the Telangana Rising 2047 vision document will conclude the summit.
