Fri Dec 05 09:30:00 UTC 2025: ## TTD Releases Vaikunta Dwara Darshan Tokens, Warns Devotees About Fraudulent Websites
Tirumala, India – The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced the release of Vaikunta Dwara Darshan tokens for devotees seeking blessings at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple during the auspicious Vaikunta Ekadasi period. Due to a lower than usual devotee presence possibly caused by a recent cyclone, TTD is releasing a limited number of ₹300 Special Entry Darshan tokens and Srivani Trust Darshan tokens.
The Srivani quota tickets, allowing 1,000 devotees per day, were released on Friday at 10:00 AM IST for the period of January 2nd to January 8th. Subsequently, ₹300 Special Entry Darshan tickets, allowing 15,000 devotees per day, were released at 3:00 PM IST on the same day for the same period.
TTD officials cautioned devotees against falling prey to fraudulent websites and touts offering darshan tickets. The TTD emphasized that tickets can only be booked through the official TTD website. They stated that they have received complaints about fake websites and are taking action. They further warned against individuals claiming to arrange VIP darshans using forged letters and signatures of officials and ministers. Devotees are strongly advised to book tickets only through official channels to avoid being scammed.
The TTD had previously allocated darshan slots for December 30th, 31st, and January 1st through a lucky dip system. This latest release aims to provide an opportunity for devotees who were not successful in the lucky dip.
