VILLUPURAM, November 19, 2025 – Collector Sheik Abdul Rahman today initiated the release of water from the Veedur dam to irrigate 3,200 acres of agricultural land in Villupuram district, Tamil Nadu, and the neighboring Union Territory of Puducherry.
