Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Investigates New Sexual Assault Allegations Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs
LOS ANGELES, CA – The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) has confirmed they are investigating new allegations of sexual assault against Sean “Diddy” Combs. The investigation was initiated after the LASD Special Victims Bureau received a report on Friday from the Largo, Florida Police Department, where the alleged victim resides.
The Largo Police Department confirmed to ABC News that they assisted the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office with the investigation into Combs but are not independently investigating any alleged crimes. A police report taken in September by Largo police indicates that Jonathan Hay, a music producer, claims Combs sexually assaulted him in 2020 and 2021.
According to the report, Hay alleges that in February 2020, Combs pleasured himself in front of him and asked Hay to finish him off. Hay claims he did not respond, and Combs then threw a semen-stained shirt at him. The report also details an alleged incident in March 2021, in which Hay claims C.J. Wallace, son of the late rapper Christopher Wallace (Notorious B.I.G.), led him to a location where two men put an item over Hay’s head before Combs allegedly forced his penis inside of Hay’s mouth several times.
Hay reportedly provided Largo police with pictures and videos to show his collaboration with Wallace on a music project, which he said led to the alleged incidents with Combs.
Wallace filed a counterclaim against Hay in Florida last week, denying what he said were Hay’s wildly false and defamatory allegations and calling them in part a calculated smear campaign intended to damage his personal and professional reputation. The complaint requests a jury trial as well as compensatory and punitive damages.
Jonathan Davis, a civil attorney representing Combs, released a statement vehemently denying the allegations. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus. Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone. He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media — based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
The LASD investigation is ongoing. This news comes amidst Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s July conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, for which he is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after his October sentencing.
